Be Human is a community for people who want to make everyday life more inclusive in Luxembourg. Becoming a member is a way to be part of that work and see what we can acheive together.

Your fee goes back into the community

Your membership fee goes back into the events where our community gets to meet, share ideas and get to know each other. It pays towards the food we share, the materials we use and the photos and films that capture the day.

Who can join?

Wherever you call home, there’s a place for you in the Be Human community. Whether you’ve taken part in one of our programmes or are just getting to know us, we’d love to welcome you as a member. If you’re under 18, a parent can apply on your behalf.

MEMBERSHIP FEE AND DURATION

It’s €20 to be part of the Be Human community for 12 months from the day you join. When your year is up, we’d love to have you with us for another. You can renew by bank transfer.

How to become a member

Ready to join us? Start by filling in the membership application form. Our Board will review your application, and once your membership is confirmed, we’ll welcome you by email. You’ll also get Be Human news and community event invitations straight to your inbox.

  • Program places are offered separately. Each program has its own eligibility criteria and application process.

  • Our Board reviews membership applications to make sure applicants share Be Human’s aims and values. We’ll send you a confirmation email when your membership is active.

  • Our statutes require us to keep a member register with these details. You can give your home or work address.

  • Membership lasts 12 months from the date you join. You can renew by bank transfer. Your membership won’t renew automatically.

  • Yes. Members can attend the ordinary General Assembly and contribute to the discussion in an advisory capacity. Members don’t have voting rights.

  • Your fee goes back into the Be Human community, mainly through events. It contributes to costs such as catering, event supplies, photography and filming.

  • A donation is a voluntary gift. Membership is a separate way to support Be Human and take part in our wider community. If you already donate, you’re welcome to apply for membership too.
