Why?

Globally, 1 in 6 of us live with some form of disability.

Many of those disabilities are not visible.

Non-visible disabilities can be physical, mental or neurological: autism, cognitive impairments such as learning difficulties and dementia, mental health conditions, speech, visual and hearing impairments, and chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, chronic pain and sleep disorders where they significantly affect day-to-day life.

Often people live with a combination of visible and non-visible conditions.

Places are limited.

Register in advance and tell us what you

need to take part comfortably.
